Use of the App

By using TopSet, you agree to use the app in a lawful and respectful manner. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with normal operation.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated when needed. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at topsetapp@gmail.com.

Subscriptions

TopSet offers auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance of any price changes.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. You may be eligible for a refund from Apple under their standard refund policies.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and features within TopSet are the property of TopSet and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopSet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the app. The app is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ukraine.

Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of TopSet after updates means you accept the revised terms.
